This unique house is the first synagogue in the village of Castelló d’Empúries, located in the old town.
It is divided into a first floor where we find an independent apartment of ca.. 45 m2 which consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living-dining room and equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there is the entrance with the staircase and a Spa room equipped with a Jacuzzi.
On the second floor we find a spacious living – dining room, a separate kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances with dining area and a toilet.
On the second floor we have three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and access to the spacious terrace located on the third floor of the house from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the village and the Empordà.
The property is completely renovated and refurbished in 2006, is in perfect condition, equipped with gas central heating, wooden windows with double glazing and electric shutters. All the carpentry (doors and closets) is solid cherry wood.

Castelló d’Empúries
A charming medieval village, located just 4 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea and very close to the Pyrenees. Within the municipality we can find the renowned Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park and the exceptional Empuriabrava Residential Marina, known for its marina and kilometres of navigable canals. It has a stable population of approximately 11,000 inhabitants, divided between the historic centre and the housing estates.

We are located in the heart of the Empordà, with good public transport connections with daily buses to Barcelona, as well as an extensive bus schedule to Figueres, where we find the conventional train station and the AVE high speed train station.
